The Virtual Race is ON!

We decided the show MUST go on…
Here’s how our virtual race works:

1. Choose a 5K (or 1K Fun Run) route to run or walk. You pick the course and run it when convenient between Monday, May 4th and Saturday May 9th. Make a general note of your race time.

2. Take a race photo or selfie (even better, wearing a Run by the Bay shirt- we’ve got a few new options for 2020 in limited sizes) and post away on social media- don’t forget to hashtag #runbythebay2020!
3. Register when you’ve completed the run or walk. Registration is FREE and stays open up until noon on Saturday, May 9th. We’ll need you to enter your time (times are confidential but required by the system).
You’ll have the option to make a donation to Harpswell Community Nursery School, or purchase from our very limited stock of 2020 race shirts and sweatshirts.
*All processing fees have now been waived in 2020 🙂
PLEASE NOTE: When registering, If selecting to make a donation AND order a tshirt, you will need to add your info twice (it’ll look like you are entering two racers, but this is ok).
Or, select a donation amount over $12, then simply add your tshirt size on the following screen.  We’re not really set up for Virtual Races yet, but are doing our best! 
4.  Lastly, give yourself a big high-five for getting it done! All donations received directly support scholarships and programming at Harpswell Community Nursery School.
